This was a 1-0 game entering the eighth inning, then the Rangers broke it open with some nice base hits and some not so good defense by the Astros.
Philip Humber, got the start for the Astros and did not pitch badly. He left trailing,1-0.
He threw 5/2 innings, gave up 5 hits,struck out 2, walked 2 and gave up just one run.
The Rangers got two-hits each from Adrian Beltre, Nelson Cruz and A.J. Pierzynski .
Houston shutout 2 straight games and they struck out 43 times in the series.
