Astros win pennant on walkoff

What a thrilling game this sounded like with so much on the line. Unfortunately I missed it because because I was watching college football. MLB really needs to rethink how they schedule these games. Competing with football on their main days is not a good idea. They need to either end their season earlier in August or schedule the playoff games through the week. I bet they missed a ton of viewership tonight. I think the season is too long anyway so just end it in August so people can transition into football. I am probably in the minority on this.

I watched it. Great game. I think october MLB is the best.

That's why most people wouldn't want the season to end early because all the history of the postseason in October. Reggie Jackson would never have gotten his nickname but Mr. August sounds as good to me, lol. I just think it sucks having to chose between baseball and football. I will chose the latter every time if its an important game. I know I could DVR it but it not as good when you already know the result.
