Post by LICKING COUNTY FAN »

Louisville (Reds) improved to 10-10 on the season with their win over the Clippers (Cleveland) yesterday. They blasted four bombs to power their way to the come-from-behind win. P.J. Higgins (Old Dominion) blasted a tw run bomb in the first (1). In the fourth inning, Reece Hinds (4) and Edwin Ríos (4) (Florida International) went yard. Both were solo shots. The fourth homer came off the bat of Davis Wendzel, and it was a two-run shot. (Baylor)
(2) The Bats had 10 hits, with Hinds, Ríos, and Higgins accounting for seven of those. Ríos had three hits to lead the team. Wendzel had 3 RBI to lead the team. For Columbus, the highlight was a Grand Slam off the bat of Micah Pries (Point Loma Nazarene).
