As I was told as of last night.

Offense
everything the same besides running back (Shaw will start) and right tackle (Huyge will start-shot me now).

Defense
everything the same.

They fully concentrate on WMU now. The two deep is basically set and packages are now being formed.

Expect v Notre Dame to see Devin at QB several times throughout the game with Denard being used like Percy Harvin.

I expect to see Devin at QB several times in every game after week 4 or so.

DR starts, does well, gets banged up, sits!

Barnum hurt. Out 1-2 weeks with sprained knee. Shofield will slide into the guard position.

Whoops. I had to delete that post. I meant for it to be in another thread. I was just using this thread to reference mine point.

Brady Hoke's record at Michigan is now, 0.72-0!

Glad they shut it down before UM had a chance to blow it!

I didnt think Michigan looked good at all. Without the long INT TD return, it was going to be 14-7 WM. WM moved the ball at will their first 4-5 series against the Wolverines. The offense struggled the better part of the first half also.

Could be another long season. But hey, they have another really good recruiting class coming in :)

Not the best performance I have seen from Michigan but a win is a win. Had the rain not started again it looked as though UM was primed to go up 41-10 as they had just gotten a first down at the WM 24 and were running it at will.

Defense was not great but they got a lot of pressure on the QB after the first two series.

Things are looking up and what I really liked was the comment made early that Brady will turn this around and he really hates Ohio.

HE calls OSU Ohio.

Again this is adds little in the form of constructive ideas. People come on here and say stupid stuff without adding anything to the site. Really is a shame.

Maybe you all missed the part where UM started beating the p*ss out of the WM QB in the second half and UM was running the ball at will. Sorry we couldn't play powerhouse Akron in our opener.

I know what he calls OSU, does he know what we call Michigan, here's a hint...it rhymes with "our ditch"!

That's funny because that's what we called u for a decade.

Our offense only had the ball three times in the 1st half and scored twice, how exactly is that struggling?

Michigan created turnovers twice and turned them into 14 points and u call it luck, yet when osu does the same thing they r well coached and doing a good job. Funny how homers see things.

Why exactly r u guys commenting on a michigan thread? U r the ones who like to ditch and complain I need to stay on my own thread, take your own advice and stay off of these unless u have something constructive to say.

The last time UM had consistant success against OSU, their freshmen were in preschool.

Time to stop living in multiple decades past!

What's going to happen when UM plays a team that doesn't over commit on mis direction plays.

That's all they have.

Dubs I have always had respect for your opinion but I am losing respect for you very fast. The 90's weren't that long ago and what it has to do with yesterdays game I have no idea.

Forgive um for running misdirection plays, but at least know what u r talking about. Michigan scored on a dive play, then another dive play and a simple trap play. Not rocket science.

Go worry about your own team.

Michigan's defense looked shaky to start, mainly because they just sat back and let Carder throw wherever he wanted. When they finally brought pressure, they forced turnovers and WMU couldn't move the ball. It's going to take time to adjust, and they looked solid outside the first couple series.

Obviously the Offense is different this year it's a different philosophy and concept more of a ball control mathoutical offense but it still has the ability to produce big plays as the players and coaches gain more confidence in each other but overall I thought I looked fine yesterday I wasn't impressed nor was I dissapointed either. Special teams need work return game wasn't good didn't cover them as good as I'd like to see and that PAT that was blocked that can't not happen. Lasty I thought the defense was improved it's not a great defense by any means but I saw some positives I hope Wolfolk is okay BTW but at least they were able to create some havoc and make plays when they brought some pressure. I am have been and will always be a Michigan fan and was happy to get a win I feel the D will improve this year but with Hoke and his staff relentless recruiting will become great once again in two years IMO the O is fine now and well only get better this year and also down the road lasty special teams will become better because this staff preaches excellence on Special Teams unlike the previous régime...... GO BLUE I can wait for Saturday I hope we improve all phases of the game this week and BEAT ND !!!!!!
