ND was beaten by Navy, and no way Rutgers pulls off that win. Pitt barely did it.
I also guarantee no one would put money on the Big East in those games, outside of possibly Pitt beating Iowa. I would lay down cash on any of the Big Ten teams in those match-ups.
Yep, the Big East has two highly ranked teams. However, one of those will disappear shortly, as they have not played each other yet. As of now, UC has not beaten anyone in the top 15 (I look at the coach's poll). OSU has beaten 3.
Plus, those teams being ranked so highly is pretty "meh." OSU would be 11-0 if they were playing in the Sun Belt, and they would also be ranked 4th right now. So what? It doesn't make it legitimate. People compare bowl records between the Big East and Big Ten, but the Big East plays a little boy bowl slate. They do not play a list of 2008/9 bowl games that includes teams like USC, Texas, Georgia (healthy), South Carolina, Missouri, Kansas, and Florida State.

are you talking bout rutgers beating navy or nd?????????? i have no idea why you are even bringing nd into the discussion........ although the final score might not show it pitt dominated nd saturday night.
guarantee????? can i call you for some picks in this weeks games??? i love a lock anytime i can get one... LOL
if i was a big 10/osu homer i would look at the coaches poll too if that was what was best.
osu has beaten 2 teams that were ranked in top 15 at the time they played. they have also lost to a mediocre usc and a bad purdue team.
mabe osu should look to jump to the sunbelt conference then... do they even have football?
those are all tough teams... if you want to use it for your arguement.
