Thoughts on Penn State football

Post by Alumni17 »

Let's keep it clean and honest

After watching the Penn state and pitt game today it was very clear PSU needs to work on fundamentals espicially tackling the offense is slowly getting in form next to bad decision at end of game but then again it is the QB 2nd career start Franklin can recruit but will he get this team where it needs to be to even think about contending in the very tough east division not to mention Penn State has the 2nd youngest team in FBS and that's no excuse or taking away from Pitts win today solid group of players and #24 Connor what a story and a great young man Congrats to Pitt on the win and good luck rest of the season

So should they get rid of Franklin or keep him and see how it goes

Thanks guys

What I saw from Penn State was... ZERO Defense... lack of tackling... nothing like what Penn State was once known for as a Perennial Powerhouse. But some Might think of it as KARMA for the controversy of what happened there... It could be... I know for a fact they should NOT Honor Joe Paterno... especially if he knew what was going on during his tenure. I think the Franklin Hire was a quick and Desperate Hire... Since they lost the previous coach to the NFL and things was in a wild Tail Spin... If Franklin doesn't right the ship... Penn State will be looking for a new coach at the end of this season.
