According to www.ketv.com Nebraska AD Trev Alberts fired HC Scott Frost. The Cornhuskers lost to Georgia Souther yesterday, 45-42.

Yeah, it was inevitable. Coaches get too much credit. Coaches get too much blame. Yet the Nebraska fan base deserves and the Big 10 needs a competitive Cornhusker program.

The former Husker just could not get it turned around in Lincoln.

Tom Osborne keeps looking like a better coach every year that goes by. Sad how far this program has fallen since he left.

I liked him as a player. Wish he could’ve found his stride at his alma mater.

He did too many good things as a player for the program to be remembered only for being fired as the coach.

I would agree100% with ya county. They were in most games, they just couldn't seem to close them out. He'll turn back up somewhere soon as a HC.
