Well here we go. Here's the matchup most of us expected in the East region Elite 8. WVU has been barely winning their games, and UK has won theirs comfortably. I'll say Cats by 10. What's everyone's thoughts/predictions?

I need WVU to go so I can keep my entire final four.

Just Like I said on the Cornell thread, as long as the Cats keep playing the defensive intensity they have in the first 3 games they will be fine. Their defense not only forces bad shots, it also forces lots of turnovers which they usually convert into fastbreak points. The offense has been fine with someone stepping up each game and I'm sure they will be fine against WVU.

Offense sells tickets, but defense wins championships!!!

Let's not forget about WVU's biggest assets, defense and length. They're not always pretty on offense but they can definitely put the "D" on you

I use to be a huge Kentucky fan but now I am hoping to see them fail big time and can't wait until this coach as them in trouble with the NCAA.

Why not just hope they do well and that he doesn't get them trouble. Why would you wish any school to have sanctions against them?

And you think UK's coach has read the NCAA manual for what reason? He didn't at UMass, he didn't at Memphis, and now he's all the sudden clean? Hell when he got hired Emory Freights stock went up 20%
