South Dakota State (12-1) had to work hard to beat a very stout Holy Cross (12-1) team today in a quarter-final playoff game. South Dakota State got a nice game from Isaiah Davis (20 carries, 154 yards, and a touchdown.) and Jaxon Janke (4 catches, 82 yards, and a touchdown). Also for the winners, Mark Gronowski rushed for 47 yards and a score. Jadon Janke also had a touchdown catch. For Holy Cross, quarterback Matthew Sluka rushed for 204 yards and a score, he also threw for 122 yards with a pick.
