Ironton Middle School won big over the top team in the OVC to now have a chance to control their own destiny as they still have the pointers tonight and the Peake and rock hill on the schedule. Fairland and Coal Grove will be playing each other for a chance at the season championship, while s.p. still has a slight chance.

Ironton 8th big over Fairland and South Point. Ironton was 19-0 last season as 7th graders and now 10-3 (7-2) OVC. They are really hitting their stride. Not only are they tearing it up from deep, their inside game is nasty. They play wide open and take it coast to coast. Fun team to watch. If they are on, I don't see anyone getting in their way. Four, maybe five of these kids will play varsity next season.
