Jr. High Cheerleading

Wanted to let everyone know about the Northwest Jr. High Cheerleaders! They took 1st place last August at the Ohio state fair Comp. they have been invited to the state JR. high cheerleading comp. championship in Jan and will be at cheer for a cure in feb comp. This group has worked very hard and it is paying off. If they are playing at your school let them show their dances during halftimes all of the fans and other squads will enjoy watching them. I also wanted to say thank you to Davonda Flagg and Cindy Nichols for all their hard work with these girls over the past couple of years.

Amazing thing with with first place up at Ohio State Fair Competition is that 4 girls were out 3 to injury and 1 to death in family. That squad had to change routine in less than 24 hours before. They do a great job, watched them today at NW and West game and once again did fabulous job. West did great job also. Loved seeing respect between both squads when performing at halftime. Good job to all NW and West cheerleaders.
