I agree. Some good things in there that will likely be problems right away for some. I like the idea of only 4 semesters of eligibility in JH. Also, now JH athletes are not "automatically eligible". They have to pass 5 credits the previous grading period, the same as high school athletes. Basically, I think this is all a flow down of requirements now that the new Competitive Balance proposal passed.
