Congratulations to the Portsmouth 9/10 softball all-stars on their district championship. On to the state tournament in Clyde. Good luck girls. Represent southern Ohio!!'

Portsmouth wins 1st game on 7/29 by a score of 20 to 0. Defeated Clyde play Poland next

Congrats Portsmouth 9/10 girls on making it to the State Championship. Great win over Poland 6-1. The girls play Thursday for the State title against either Poland or Avon. One more ladies!!!!

Thanks for the score. I am having trouble keeping up with the action. Hope the team gets the title. Very talented and disciplined group of girls. Any place beside the Ezteam link to follow the action?

3-0......up 1-0 going into bottom of 5th..scored 2 runs to make it 3-0...closed it out in top of 6th.

Congratulations girls, coaches and parents on an outstanding run resulting in a State championship! Mike Williams, Dan Cassidy and John Schaefer did an outstanding job preparing these girls..
BTW this is Coach Mike Williams' second state title representing Portsmouth 9-10 girls, winning the first I believe in '08..
