SET 1 225 FOR 28 A NEW HIGH
SET 2 FOR 25
SET 3 FOR 21
SET 4 20

This was my best set of four since we started doing this.

I'm not sure what we are doing today.
I know we are benching but can't remember if we are ding reps with 225 or trying to get a new max.

Anyone else hitting the weights?

How? Hopefully it isn't from being sick.

Today started as badly as it could have.

I started with 285 needing 8 reps I got 7.Not to make reason for not getting it but I was hurting (back) and did not work through the pain.

Next set
295 nedded 6 got 4. I hit the bench with the bar on my third rep and tried to regain my rhythm but could not.

next set 305 needed 4 andf got it
next set 315 needed 3 got 3
next set 325 needed 3 got 2
last set 335 needed one got one (A NEW MAX)

Next Wed I will do this one again and I hope I have better results to report.

I bet lifting all that weight isn't good for your back.

The doc had said as long as I do not do any back or legs while I am hurting I should be ok. I figure this is going to be with me the rest of my life so, I will face off with it and continue to do what I do when I can. He did say if the pain is too much to skip working out that day. I plan on taking that advice to heart.
