They say you should eat something in the morning.. but there are days I hate to eat early in the morning... but I have to eat something to get the blood sugar going back up so I some mornings I pop in the toaster a poptart with the vanilla on one side and chocolate on the other omg they are so good warmed up

I usually have whole grain cereal, but I change it up once in a while.

I have a Diet Pepsi.....and eat later in the day.....after maybe another Diet Pepsi...

Rye Toast and soft yoke eggs! I LIKE TOAST!!!!


If I go out I like the Sunshine Skillet at Bob Evans!!

I don't really care for breakfast in the morning. I like breakfast foods, but would rather have them for lunch or supper once in awhile. I really like waffles.

I have a Diet Mountain Dew it is my coffee.

I get up start the coffee pot and have toast or a bagel .

Come on I know some of you like to eat, I like Biscuts and Gravy two eggs over easy and bacon. throw the gravy over everything but the bacon.

I always eat breakfast. I am hooked on Raisin Bran Crunch Cereal right now and if you have never tried it -- delicious! But my favorite breakfast is a BLT especially in the summer when tomatoes are fresh from the garden.

BLT is one of my Fav. Have you tried a BLT Sub from subway, I have one for lunch or dinner every now and then. Just tell them easy on the lettuce they always put to much.

No Ozzieohio I have never had one of those. But there is a little hotdog place in Ashland near my job Jim's Hotdogs -- and they make a great BLT. They also have great hotdogs.

Wow -- I'm getting hungry for lunch already.

i dont really like to eat breakfast early in the morning but i usually have a bowl of cereal or a couple pop tarts just because i know if i dont i'm gonna be starving by 10:30 (right in the middle of calculus ). but if i'm up early enough for breakfast on the weekends there's nothing better than sausage gravy and biscuits or some home made waffles/pancakes/french toast. mcdonalds breakfast is pretty good too if i have a few bucks to spare.

I like me some grits.

Normally, just a piece of wheat toast with honey and glass of O.J., but also love oatmeal with honey & brown sugar & milk and an O.J. If I'm off on a kayak trip or long bike ride for the day, its eggs over easy, bacon, home fries with onions & peppers and wheat toast with grape jam. O.J. & coffee.

Geez Paladin , if you eat all of that before a kayak trip doesn't the kayak tip over?

Not in my Old Town 138. Stable at 29 inch beam and swift at 13 ft. 8 inches long and all those calories to paddle over a 10+ mile trip.

I have never been kayaking(sp.) but I have seen them while whitewater rafting. I love doing that.

Think light rapids, Class II - III. Slightly heavier in high water.
