He is 48 years old and is facing 5-bypass heart surgery on Tuesday morning. The surgeon told him this morning that he has significant heart disease for someone his age. Three of his arteries are 100% blocked. Obviously, he is very nervous and scared. I would appreciate prayers from all of you kind people and I thank you in advance.

Thanks to everyone for their prayers. He is out of surgery and did really well. On top of the 3 they knew were 100% blocked, Dr.Nores also found 2 arteries that were 100% blocked that did not show up when they did the heart cath. We're just relieved it's over...now comes the fun part of keeping him down in the next few weeks! Again, thank you so much.

don't worry he'll be weak as a kitten for about 3 weeks and then the fun of keeping him behaving starts! So glad things went well for him God Is Great!

He is definitely that right now! Not sure if this is a common thing with this surgery, but he had to have 2 units of blood yesterday. Hard to see him down like this. I know he'll bounce back, but I hate it so much I told him I'd change places with him in a second. Hopefully he'll be back to his old self soon.

not sure may be I don't recall any units but my hubby was so sick his kidney was not working right and he ended up staying 12 days in all... then when he came home he kept getting sick.. I finally discovered it was magnesium oxide that was making him sick took him off and he was just fine..
hope he is still doing well..
