Prayers requested for the Richard (Dick) Downs Family

I have been informed this evening of the passing of Mr. Dick Downs from Glouster. A true Tomcat Fan, husband, father, grandfather and my friend. I became vey close to Mr. Downs during my two years as principal at Trimble High School. Dick was present at sporting events, cheering on the Tomcats and always found the good in situations. I would like those who read this request to send their prayers to his family, especially his wife, Billie. I will always remember the evenings I spent talking to Mr. Downs on the sidelines at Glouster Memorial Stadium and standing in the corner of Bill White Gymnasium. God Bless, Mr. Downs, I will miss you, your friend, Joe Hemsley.
