heard yesterday a 100 pound catfish was caught in lake white

just heard this day before yesterday, that someone caught a 100 pound catfish here, suppossed to have a picture of it at the bait shop. i assume it was a blue cat, thats a huge flathead.

i'm trying to find one, i'll check the bait shop on 220 tomm. bill's bait house is supposed to have a picture of it, like a half mile from us.

Well, I'd think that would be in the news or something seeing how it would eclipse the old Ohio State record by 4 lbs

brutus i have no idea if this is true, or a story now, but supposedly it was caught , at lake white here in waverly, ohio. where i live now. thats where i heard it, i'll go to the tackle shop tomm. i need a few gamakatsu hooks anyway. for some soft plastic hollow bellies. i'll ask them.

My Father-in-:aw lives on Lake White also and he didn't know anything about it when I asked a couple of days ago.

This kind of catch would have made the News Watchman.......or I would have guessed it would have.

I heard some divers went down there when the lake was drawn down for repairs and saw catfish big enough to swallow a Volkswagen

They did stock another 100 pounder at Hickory Grove paylake on the 23 it was actually a 103 pound blue cat. Not sure where he got it from.
