went wade fishing yesterday

out towards otway in scioto brush creek, took my 12 yr old girl. We caught about 25-30 in 2-3 hours. pinched up nightcrawlers did'nt seem to be working too well so I switched to a rooster tail and caught several. Most were small 5-8 inches but caught 2 nice 13-14 inch bass and 1 14 inch sauger. had a blast , saw a small snake, a large buck, lots of birds. MD

I havent fished there in years, my mom lives right on brushcreek in otway, I used to party,,,,uhh,I mean fish down on that river bank a LOT

Where is tthis place at? I love wading. I wade the Hocking River all the time , But would like try other places as well. Also what all types of Fish are in there?

My buddy caught a 50 inch musky in that creek not to far from Otway. They catch them all the time around 30 to 40 inches. Theres alot of bass in there, but you do have to watch out for the snakes.
Route 73 runs from 32 to 104 right into West Portsmouth. Theres all kinds of good holes around Rarden and otway, even around Mcderment .
