Logan vs Ironton 1/8

The Chieftans travels to Ironton Friday (depending on the weather of course) to take on the Fighting Tigers. Thoughts??????

Logan's basketball program is in sad shape with very poor fan support. Havco ball is not basketball we need a change in direction of the program because it looks lie it will be a sub .500 year. Wake up Logan supporters, as I have said before if you win chanpionships in other sports You should be able to put a basketball team together which should win around 65 to 70% of there games. Oh by the way IRONTON by as many as they want!Blow out city!

Will this game still be on? Ironton has canceled classes for Friday and I can't see Logan making the long drive if the weather keeps getting worse.

... Logan has cancelled classes for Friday as well ... the trip down Rt 93 under good weather conditions isn't a picnic with 4 or 5 inches of snow ?????? I suppose they will check the road conditions tomorrow afternoon before making a decision ...

Just watched Ironton bury GAHS Tuesday evening. Tigers are relentless, both on offense and defens. In your face defense.

IHS has good solid athletes, not outstanding basketball players, but a group that plays as a team with heart and determination.

Ironton likes to run and shoot and the Tigers can score a lot of points off their presure defense.

I think Ironton will at least share the 2009-10 league title. Who else can go into the Warrior dome and whip Warren Local 70-57?

That whipping was in Ironton at the Ironton Classic, not in Vincent.

Ironton travels to Warren on 1/29 in what will shape up to be one of the best league games on the schedule.
Judging by how these two teams have played against Warren at their places....Ironton by double digits.

The Logan-Ironton game has NOT YET been rescheduled. Besides, Logan plays Tuesday night at Athens.
