Despite Yoder, Willie, Dewey, Shirley, and cousin Screwem, the Iggles come out of the first half with a good lead. Jake Lynch with 14 or 15 points in the first 16 minutes.

Too much talent for the Cheatem clan to give the Iggles their first TVC Hocking loss this year. , in my opinion.

Oh, and yes, great job by Rick Ash and Rick Edwards tonight. The "Frog" does a fantastic job covering our local HS sports teams. Thanks guys!!!!!!!!!!

First off I wanna say congrats to Eastern on the win tonight. I wanna say congrats to the Waterford senior boys. Great group of seniors that always leave it all on the court. I felt like really the mood swing in the game was when Ginther went down for Waterford. It kinda took the fight outta the cats and were never really the same again. Best wishes with Derek because the cats need him for tournaments with the energy and offense he brings. The cats are really starting to make a turnaround even though they struggled tonight. I think this team is starting to get some experience and has the potential to make some noise in the tournament. This team is very similair to the Buckeye Trail team last year. They had good senior leadership and had a lot of young talent and were beat around in conference play but ended up making it to Regional Semi's.

Eastern is a fine team. Well rounded and very well coached and disciplined. The group really meshes together well and is built for a tourny run. Good luck to both teams in the tournament! Represent the TVC well.

Another good win by the Eagles tonight. They will have their hands full again tomorrow night. Good to see Jake Lynch get back on track from a scoring perspective. He's outstanding at running the offense and keeping the tempo high, but he's been in a bit of a rut as of late from the field. These Eagles are sure starting to get warm...
