I don't think anyone has scored 66 points on the Tigers this season, even in their losses. Waverly will have to be in a coma for Jackson to put up 66.

I don't know if I can speak for all of Oak Hill but as much as we have disliked the Ironmen over the years we're rooting for them in this one. I for one would like nothing more than to see the Tigers fall earlier in the tourny, and who better to knock them off than another Jackson County school.

Waverly leads 17-16 at the half. The Ironmen jumped out to an 11-4 lead just before the end of the first quarter, but Roback hit a jumper just before the buzzer to make it 11-6. Waverly outscored Jackson 11-5 in the second quarter. Winchester has 9 points, all coming on threes to lead the Ironmen. Roback has 6 to lead the Tigers.

Newsom is at 904 points coming into tonight according to Dan and Dan. Probably not going to reach 1,000 points unless Jackson wins tonight and makes a run in the tourney.

After sitting out the 2nd quarter, Martin game in for Waverly and really gave them a lift. He's in the game to start the 3rd.

Kretzer hits a three to give Waverly a 20-16 lead early in the 3rdQ.
