Portsmouth varsity went 4 and 0 on friday, against Portsmouth Clay,Ironton st joe,peebles,and Piketon.

Portsmouth JV won 3 out of 4,not sute who they played,but know their only loss was by 6 points against Chillicothe.

Coach Shane Rhea is doing an outstanding job with the JV squad which is comprised of mostly incoming freshmen.......his Trojans went 3-1 at Rio Grande and 3-1 at Shawnee State heading into today's play at SSU.

Portsmouths jv played south gallia,Chillicothe, clay and I'm not sure about the other team. Chillicothe played clay, north Adams, Portsmouth and piketon going 4-0. Chilli's closest game were against Adams by 12 and porthsmouth by 16.

I stand corrected.

I was not at the game,but was told Portsmouth JV lost to Chilly by 6.
