Should be a good one. Notre Dame and Eastern are playing some great basketball. If ND can control the boards and make free throws look out. Eastern is proven to be a great team with a great coach this year. All I can say is get there early if you plan on getting a seat.

the eagles coming in riding a 5 game win streak and ND is 9-2 and have not lost since east beat them. the eagles will have too slow down the Turner boy looks like a game where Martin, hale, and gambill will all take their turns in the post to limit their big man factor I like the eagles by 5 points should be a good game with staying at the top of the Soc 1 on the line. GO EAGLES.

This will be a game of runs. Every time these two teams get together it always goes down to the wire. They split the series last year, Eastern won in overtime at Eastern last year and the Titans won at ND last year. I'm sure Mader and Barrick will have their teams motivated. I think Titans pull it out at home.

Huge Soc1 matchup as both teams finish out first half of league play with this game..Expecting a very physical defensive game at NDame tomorrow night. This has been tough place for Eastern to win at the past 5 years. Mader always has ND ready to play as does Coach Barrick..always a great atmosphere as ND, maybe loudest gym around. Can't wait til tomorrow night, both teams need the win to stay only 1 game back of East in Soc race..I will shockingly pick my Eagles to pull on the victory 54-49.

GO EAGLES!!!!!!!!!!!

Couldn't agree more. Fantastic game between two really good teams. This league is super talented and very deep.

Both teams with tons of talent and well coached. But in order for ND to play to their potential and pull out the big wins they need to leave the egos in the locker room and play unselfish, team basketball!

AIM - Ego's? Seriously? You know this how? Notre Dame is a very unselfish team, but like any other sports team, you have your "scorers", (ie, Lebron James, Westbrook, Michael Jordan, etc), and you have players with other rolls. But if you can make that uneducated guess from the stands, then maybe it's time for you to coach a team, or become a sports psychologist.

Tonight's game was a great showing between two teams. The big difference tonight for ND in the loss were a few things. They let #23 hit multiple 3's late in the game from deep (gave Eastern the 6 point lead), Multiple shots underneath the rim that are easy makes for ND just wouldn't go in,and late in the game in bonus the Titans gave up 4 straight rebounds off the bonus shot that could have given them multiple chances to go down and make a shot. NOT EGO's

Eastern shot the ball extremely well the entire game. They were decent from the line. ND shot the ball pretty well, Turner and Buttayotee I believe both had 21 points. But I believe they missed quite a bit of free throws as a team.

Yes EGOS. Uneducated? Please :). I've watched them play enough and know the skill of all. Too many times players forced shots that were not there while men on the wing were wide open. I know the staff has been preaching sharing the ball but to quote a current coach " old habits die hard". Not saying that things you mentioned did not also affect the outcome of the game but what I am speaking of was not directed at just this game but also another key SOC game. Bottom line if other players/scorers are given the opportunity to shoot instead of one player going 1of 16 or continually putting up the "easy makes that don't go in" may have a better chance to overcome mistakes. Can't imagine why SOO defensive!! Again, I don't discredit Eastern in anyway. They are great team all the way around, ND is just not playing to what I know they're capable of.

1 of 16? Which player even came close to that, or has? And I will take the under the rim shots all night rather than kicking it outside for a 20-25 ft attempt, % says the put back or layup is much higher percentage shot.

start of the 3rd quarter ND missed 5 Shots underneath the rim which I'm sure are usually made other than that I thought they shot well sometimes they don't fall but still good looks.
