ANY GAMES CANCELLED FOR 2/3
Re: ANY GAMES CANCELLED FOR 2/3
According to the National Weather Sevice, a winter weather advisory is in effect tonight for much of southern Ohio. Forecast of 1 to 4 inches of snow along much of the Ohio River area this evening.
I see were Cincinnati is having snow now and the visibility is down to .3 of a mile.
I would assume that the powers to be want to error on the side of caution for the safety of the kids.
It looks like the folks in northern Kentucky may be having some more power problems if too much snow falls. Lets hope for the best for them.

No offense, but that is a crock. Everyone is so afraid of being sued, our country is going to the dogs. Because of this junk, we're all afraid to do anything with any risk. It'll be no time before China, Russia, etc. will be strolling down mainstreet USA because they won't be afraid to take us over or buy it all up and run us to the countryside. Either way, we need, as a collective country, to stop being afraid of our own shadow and get out and do something.

yea, let's take a chance on getting someone hurt or killed because you want to see a game.

Went to the 'burg @ 7:00 and counted 12 snowflakes. Walked out of Deemer's 5 min. later and couldn't see the roads!!! I was pi$$ed earlier in the day but it was the right move. I Hope the non-conference games are re-scheduled rather than canceled.

I will have to agree there the schools who canceled were smart to do so. It is really slick out . I swear we had whitout conditions for about 20 minutes here in South Point. US 52 is also still covered!

Re: ANY GAMES CANCELLED FOR 2/3
Anyone who was on SR 32 between Clermont county and Adams county last evening would not question why these games were cancelled. Jackknifed semis, cars off the road, drifting snow and near white out conditions. Even this morning the roads were still in pretty bad shape though not nearly as bad as last evening.
