The Indians came out and played very well in the first quarter leading 24-4 and not giving up a FG in the period. I think Valley got a little lazy in the 2nd and Adena played a lot harder than them and cut it to 11 (33-22) at half.

I thought Coach Rolfe did a great job getting everyone good minutes. The starters came back out and played a good start to the 3rd and then the lineups were very mixed for the last 12 minutes or so.

Valley was a much improved 14-16 from the line and 9 players dented the scoring column. Hayden Dunn lead the way with 19 points and 9 rebounds. Jordan West had 16 points and 9 boards. Bryan Rolfe added 13 points and 4 steals. Point guard Zach Shope had what almost has to be a career high with 8 rebounds.

All in all, a solid workman-like performance from Valley. The team is getting a much needed 3 day break before coming back to prep for SW and Huntington next weekend.

I believe Justice averages around 6 assists per contest, so he is getting his teammates involved as well, and I guarantee you he shoots a good percentage from the floor as well. A "ball hog" in my opinion is someone who doesn't share the sugar, takes bad shots, etc. If you are averaging 5-6 assists and shooting a good percentage, you cannot make that statement. Congrats to Beau and Peebles.
