Logan is normally a very good free throw team . That was not the only reason they lost . Seen college and Pro teams have an off night . Tough loss for the Kids . Lets regroup and come back Sat and have a good game . Go Chiefs!!!

Logan was automatic from the line to start the season but lately they have missed key FTs at Key times. Last night was another situation if we make the second FT then TV can only tie the game with a two but we missed it. Its been an issue lately more than the beginning of the season. Logan frosh missed 20 Fts in their game with TV and still won.....

Usually a good free-throw shooting team, the Chiefs went 11-of-21 from the stripe — compared to just 3-of-5 for the Vikings — and missed two crucial FTs in the final 30-plus seconds.
"Championship teams make free throws," Rider said. "It wasn't just there at the end, it was the whole game. We started out the season pretty good, (shooting) 80-some percent as a team, and now we're struggling at the line.

This was the first game that they struggled at the line . I'm confident this will not be the norm . Like I said that was only part of the loss . I could go on about it but I consider it a team loss and I'm sure the team took it hard . Best thing we as fans can do is continue to come out and support the Purple gang .

By the way we were up two and foul was called on Logan on the baseline . They made they first and missed the second . battle for the ball and we had it, ball was moved up court and Logan was fouled with 9.2 seconds . Player went to the line and missed the front end of a one and one . We did not pickup a trailing player and he got a open look from about 5 ft from the bucket and that was it. I watched a pro team a couple weeks ago and they went less than 50% for a game . Sometimes when you are hard fouled it's different than a touch foul . Always looks easy to most but most do not know the hard work that it takes to excel . Like I said a team loss but give TV credit , they played a tough defense and they wore on us with their motion offense . Hope to see a big crowd this Sat . Hey like to give a shout out to the school , the Choir ,player and Cheer leaders of both schools honoring the Veterans . That was priceless . Go Chiefs!!!!!!!!!

47-48 . Chiefs played hard but Stallions found a way to squeak this one out . Lots of missed inside shots . Chiefs had ball with 7.2 but could not get a shot off for a travel call. Would of been a good win . Desales has a very good team with a lot of Quickness and a good 6-8 and a good 6-5 Seniors. Does not get any easier next Tues with Dublin Jerome coming to Jim's Gym . Still rooting for the Purple Gang. Go Chiefs!!!!!!

Great game even though a loss . Dublin Jerome one of the better and larger D1 schools and we were right there step by step ! Dublin pressed whole game changing it up with no success . Both teams played in your face D ! Both teams took very good care of the ball( turnovers DJ 5 - L 6) Not a good shooting night but the D was the factor . Still work to be done but even with the loses they are playing good . The Purple Gang travels south to take on the Warrriors Friday . Should be another good game . Warriors playing very good as always. Go Chiefs!!!!!!!!!
