Webster getting spanked. It's obvious the Oaks are the team to beat in SOC II. No time to mope for the Jeeps...they got Minford on the road tomorrow night and then Minford again on Tuesday night.*

South Webster won't play a team this good until they get to the regionals if they can get there. So they need to learn from it and move on.
To be 9-2 at this point after the last two seasons, a new coach, a new system, etc. is remarkable to me.
They have nothing to be ashamed of!

jeep80: yep...doubtful any D4 teams in southeastern Ohio comparable to the Oaks (although Reedsville Eastern and Manchester sound like pretty solid teams).

I listened to the second half (97.7....Oak Hill station) and it sounded like the Jeeps had alot of turnovers. Slone also sounded like he had some nice buckets for the Oaks.*

The Oaks played an excellent game and their defensive pressure really disrupted the Jeeps. The contest was never in doubt after the first quarter but the Jeeps never quit. They played hard to the final whistle and will be a force come tournament time. Good job Oaks.

Oak Hill plays great defense. So I would expect more turnovers tonight. They need to learn to take better care of the ball if that's the case. Playing teams like Oak Hill only make you stronger.
Reedsville Eastern and Manchester may be solid, but I highly doubt they are as strong as Oak Hill.
At this point, i'll take a win in the opening round of the Sectional and then go from there!

Did Oak Hill's defense not allow the Jeeps to score a point in the second quarter?

Wow OH put us in the hurt locker and then rolled it down the side of a mountain. My favorite part was when we didnt score in the 2nd quarter. If we are going to stand around the 3pt line with our thumbs you know where you at least have to try to penetrate the zone with the dribble and pitch. Other wise we will continue to pass the ball with know idea of why you are even passing the ball. Thats just my take on it. Thats what it looks like from the stands.

nice win for the Oaks they have got it together, just need to keep the game slow like they did tonight and they will go far.
The Jeeps will be OK they are a great team.
