Yeah, the Burg lost by 26 and I'm sure that was the biggest margin in quite a long time. I just thought it was ironic that you are talking about a team giving up 71 when Jackson have given up over 100 at least once and over 90 also I believe.

Of course, the Burg has only given up over 40 points twice in the last 10 games and that was 41 to the Trojans on Jan 5th and 50 to Valley on Friday and that was after being up 60-22 when the starters were pulled. Everyone else has been held to 40 or less.

I thought it was ironic that some posters were questioning a 500+ coach and weren't even at the game.

Good luck to Burg this postseason.....I smell another regional appearance.

Ironman 92

Northwest was Division II for many years back in the late 1980's and up through the early 2000's. They did drop down to Division III for the last four or five years, and then this year will be their first year back up in Division II. Northwest has only made it out to the Districts twice in school history and both were in Division II. The last one was about 10 years ago and they made it to the District Finals beating Logan Elm in their first game at the Convo. Court House beat Northwest by four points in the Championship. Court House advanced on to the Regional finals that year and got beat by 3 against Philo. WCH won their first game of the Regionals that year by 10 + points against # 1 rated Dresden Tri-Valley.
