My guess is he won enough games this season for them to keep him around.

This may be a big surprise to Clay fans, especially those who know my past post on this subject, but I suspect that Coach T will be back. :122246 Why?. I have talked to the team players and from what I have heard, they don't seem to be following what he is telling them. I watched the tape of the last game that they lost to Manchester, and what I saw was a lack of effort on the team that the coach had nothing to do with. If you are told to pick and roll to the basket, but you roll back outside hoping for the ball, you are not helping the team . I know earlier in the year we ware calling for the coaches head, but you can not blame this loss on the Coach. Clay did not box out or amp up their defense. They did well in scoring 59 points but hey gave up 70.
Clay has had some great guard play but has struggled against teams who have big men. They will have two big men next year but they need to become athletic players, not just tall;
