I would have to agree, a young man went from being the scorer in junior high to helping people score now. That is a big change for a kid to handle but he seems to be doing very well. Peebles could be one of the most rounded teams out there rite now. They still have alot to prove against tougher teams but they should hold their ground.

I wish we had a tougher schedule this year. Friday might well be the toughest game we play all season...

Sounds like Countrymen is playing some high octane offense this year. I haven't seen many comments made about Justice and was wondering what kind of stats is he putting up. Any information would be greatly appreciated...thank you.

Blake is averaging a little under 20 points, I believe.

I agree...Trent's scoring numbers would definately be higher if we already didnt have 4 guys that could eclipse the twenty point mark. I also second the comment on scheduling......I would have loved to see us go up against Mason County, Chessy, Ironton, Chillicothe, etc. It would definately help to prepare the guys for what they would be up against if they advance to the district/regional/state tourny.

Im thinking somebody needs to correct the stats on maxpreps because according to them we are scoring 101 pts per game and Dylan Rinck is our leading scorer with nearly 26 a contest. lol

justice has not been scoring his usuall...but for the past 3 seasons it always looks as if hes having a slow start...but ppl who understand the game see that each year teams start off focusing mainly on him as if hes the only scorer...countryman and mcfarland have stepped up just as seaman did last year in proving to every1 they are capable of putting up some numbers..IMO blake has done a nice job on defense this year and finding other people as well...watching justice and countryman playing together right now along with every1 else is very fun to see!...not taking anything from the other players as they are also playing well!

I agree, Blake is doing fine. Not to many players can average 18 points through their first three games and be considered off to a slow start, but then again there are not many players like him. He will catch fire soon enough and put up a string of 30 point games, hopefully tomarrow -vs- Ripley.

What a shame the Peebles -vs- Ripley game being canceled.

Sounds like Peebles has another solid team this season. I really enjoyed watching them play at the convo last year. I love how they play a fast paced game and look to put up a bunch of points. Reminds me of Eastern Eagles (Pike Co.) of the 80s. Good luck indians and hope to get the pleasure of watching another strong tourney run from this team.
