The previous season meeting came down to the wire with the Vikings claiming the 68-60 win at Ben Wagner Gymnasium.

Now, N-Y wants to crash the party and open up one last opportunity for Athens (5-2 in league ), Wellston (4-3), and themselves to win outright or share the TVC-Ohio title.

My Iphone died at the end of the game. VC made free throws again tonight. Not as well as Friday, but completed the finish. 72-64 and a share of the TVC title. Great job Vikings!! Take the title outright with a win Friday night at Wellston!!

i took mrs. solomon out to dinner last night for valentine day in athens, got a chance to listen to some of this game on the way home, sounds like the vikings are playing well.

I've got a bone to pick with Coach Combs for sure ... I was at the light in McArthur (coming from the Wellston/Athens game) when Remy banked in the three during the middle of the 4th quarter ... I sat their as the light turned red, then green, then red, then green ... lol ... I couldn't decide if I wanted to go catch the end of the game - or just go home ... Since they were doing such a good job calling the game on 105.5 I just went ahead and listened to it ... However, I had my camera with me AND HAD I KNOWN THEY WERE GOING TO DO THE WHOLE 'NET CUTTING' THING - I WOULD HAVE MADE A LEFT AT THE LIGHT!!!
