Irontons Roster ???
Anyone have a Full Roster yet for the Fighting Tigers? Is there any Seniors coming out that didn't play last year to concentrate on Football?

I dont think that it has been posted. I do expect another great run from the Tigers. Coach Lafon is a great coach and will have his Tigers ready.

Re: Irontons Roster ???
I know my football player said that he was told to come today if they wanted to play in the scrimmage on Friday. I do think that they give them a week off between sports. Not sure what the status of Stephens is. I hope he is ok and will be able to play.

Yes he is although he would have liked to still be playing football. I know the scrimmage is at home but I don't know who we are playing yet.

... looking forward to seeing Coach LaFon's I'town Tigers in Athens on Dec 17th ... Ironton has the TEAM makeup that can have them go deep into the post season ... anytime you have the PG play of a Zac Carter and the inside presence of Trey Fletcher AND a deep supporting cast <= good things WILL happen ...

Re: Irontons Roster ???
I'm told the Ironton Tribune's BASKETBALL PREVIEW insert came out in today's paper. I'm going to stop by the Tribune office tomorrow to purchase a copy. So then we'll have both schedules and rosters for Ironton as well as most other county/area school teams.
I also do not understand why IHS cannot manage to keep their Tigertown website updated and current! In the first place, how would someone from away from here know to search for "Tigertown" as opposed to "Ironton, OH, High School"? In the second place, how is MAINTAINING the school's website NOT someone's - either students', teachers', or administrators' - responsibility?
Isn't that a perfect project for the "computer science" course students?
I understand that money is tight, but if you're going to create a website, then make it someone's responsibility, figure out a way to support and update it regularly, and make it easily located and accessible. I know, I'm old and my kids are long grown, but I am still a property owner and taxpayer.
