Im not sure if those are SP starters but if they are imo those would be the matchups. Maybe Switch Copley and Hintz on the two Barnes brothers.

Chesapeake is scoring 69.8ppg ang only giving up 43.6ppg. Thats not to bad!

Peake is entirley too tall for the Pointers! Sorry to say but the Pointers will be 2nd place in the OVC this year!

I think the Peake will simply be too much for the Pointers friday at home. They are playing well on both ends of the floor. What stands out in my mind, besides the obvious, is the quality minutes Coach Davis is getting from Eric Kennedy and Brandon Noble off the bench. Both players will be pushing for extra minutes on the court. What a tough delimma(sic) for Coach to be in.

Peake looks solid and even more focused then last year.

chesapeake will win b/c noone can stop copley and mcmaster their the only good players on the team and they havefew good players on the bench

Chesapeake 57 South Point 51 - Prediction

I've watched the Panthers play twice this year (Ironton and Wheelersburg).. They have a very good TEAM.. Take care of the ball.. good transition game... deadly outside shooting.. drive well to the hoop.. play solid defense for the most part.. make few mistakes... minimum turnovers... crisp passing... don't get rattled easily.. They are a little deficient in rebounding at times, and don't help on defense as much as they could.. They are certainly fun to watch.. Good luck Panthers..

The Peake's just got too much for any team in the conference, IMO. I think they look even better than they did this time last year.

peake is tough again this year

Chesapeake should win...but I think it will be closer than most people think. Just my opinion. And high scoring. But in all likeliness it will be snowed out.

Could you explain to me how this is the championship? Everyone expects Chesapeake to run the table. I think southpoint has lost in the OVC already?
Southpoint has nice guards and live and die by the 3, The size is way too much for them Peake by a few!

Sorry they lost to River Valley by two!
In no way shape or form does this make River Valley a contender!
SP lost at RV where the officiating is always skeptical, actually terrible but in favor of the Raiders!

I shouldn't have even said it was the OVC Championship b/c there isnt going to be one Chesapeake will not lose in conference play.
SP is the only one with a shot at beating them and maybe Fairland at Fairland b/c it is a Rivalry.

RV will lose to SP at SP to Fairland at Fairland and for sure Chesapeake twice. RH has a possiblility of beating the Raiders also!

So im sticking with my prediction...
Peake: 70
SP: 49
