lets get it rolling....

ZT coming off a poor effort vs Logan Elm, without their starting PG who is averaging 10 assists per game....
Piketon 1 game behind in conference, coming off the Waverly Holiday Tournament

Thoughts? Questions? Predictions?

Look for Beam to have a big game, and I think the Pioneers will protect home court and get a big SVC win..ZT 64-60.

Beam will have to fight to have a big game against Farmer down low...

Hinty, Smith and Mowery will have to be hitting their shots and Hutton will need to continue his efficiency with the ball and Zane Trace can go 2 games up. Should be a heck of a game in Kinnikinnick tomorrow night. Im guessing Mike and Tom will be in the building broadcasting this one as well?

Why didn't the point guard play against Logan Elm?

After watching both play, I'll go with Piketon by 10+.

ZT is a half court team that pounds the inside, Piketon's quick pace will give them fits.

I'm not familiar with Trace but in Piketons last game Eastern guards Lands and Lightle were able to handle Piketons press eliminating easy buckets and controlling tempo if Trace's back court can handle Piketon extream pressure they can get a "W" in this one.

Eric Hutton is also a great soccer player, he was playing in a tournament in Florida over break

ZT is a half court team? ZT's main objective is to get out and go...thats always been Coach Alley's forte

the other Farmer kid has been getting a lot of minutes as well and playing good for Piketon
ZT's 6/7th man seems to just depend on whos playing well, whos in foul trouble...you could see Rittenhouse or Mettler at guard or Petzel at Center

Piketon didn't press at all against Eastern maybe they should have?

Piketon tried to press Eastern some the first half. They couldnt because the Eagles guards were too fast.

As to this game, if Piketon doesn't rebound better than they did against Eastern then Zane Trace will win by 10+. Beam will have a big game. IF they keep Beam off the the glass and transition, then I say Redstreaks by 5.
