My thoughts are that is a really long trip for Waterford...good for them though

very impressive that waterford is playing fairland. D4 school willing to play a D2 school. Both are very talented and poised for a long tourney run.

Great win Dragons. Looked a little rusty and impatient at times but overall played good time ball and great defense. Keep playing hard and smart and you will have another great season.

What started out as a bad first quarter multiplied and whew! It was over fast. Fairland guards were too much for Waterford to handle. One kid was complaining about Van Horn hurting them and the assistant said "Its not the big man, its the guards!". Vanhorn had a nice game but Waterford struggled to even get into their offense while the Dragons got easy transition baskets at will. Waterford will be alright once they figure out who is "The Man" and work through him. Looked like the big should touch it every time down the floor, but the guard shot too quick without running any offense. Good luck to the cats!
