I think he means we are winning. Greenup’s record is 7-10 before tonight’s game.

Is gage hughes playing ?

What is wrong with Mr. Hughes? Hoping it's just a minor injury for the young man.

I don’t know if this is the case for him, but some people just want to be “the” guy. At burg that probably doesn’t happen or at least it doesn’t happen often. Hughes is a good athlete and he’s done well in baseball to earn a scholarship.

Greenup was actually ranked in the national high school top 25 for much of 2016. Them and Burg have pretty much split their series the last few years

I think the young man would have benefited greatly by playing for coach Estep for 4 years.
I think if you go back and look at the last 10 years that the burg has held there own against Greenup

He arrived about game time but of course missed school that day so.... but since he goes to school in Kentucky I wasn’t sure if the rule applies....

And if he went to school in Ohio he would have most assuredly attended Wheelersburg regardless of which district he lived. Although his mother and 2 out of 3 aunts graduated as Jeeps!!
