This opens up a two game lead in the loss column for Marietta which is big as Marietta has games away games left with 3 of the 4 other top teams. I'm sure Marietta would love to have the title clinched before they go to Ironton for the final game of the regular season on 2/13.

Ironton 51-28 Gallia. Great effort by the Lady Tigers with #22 Tackett with 17 points, #21 Elswick with 14, #34 Ceaser with 7 pts, #14 Taylor with 6 and believe #33 Morris had 5 pts. and a JV girl came off the bench at the end to score 2, Lilly?? Lady Tigers take on Jackson at Ironton Saturday in an afternoon game. JV at 12:00 and Varsity at 1:30.
