Jackson over Warren by 15-20....forget the final score
It was pretty tight through 3 qtrs but Jackson opened it up to take their record to 5-1.
Sophomore Kari Jenkins led the way with 19 pts and about 10 rb. Freshman Madison Ridout chipped in a big 16 points with numerous steals. Nicole Chapman also had double digits with 10.
JV remained undefeated on a jump hook 6-footer at the buzzer to win by 1.

Logan.. 13 13 17 10 -- 53
Marietta 7 16 11 10 -- 44
Well played, well officiated game. Marietta makes the first two baskets, then Logan goes on a 17-3 run to get a working margin they never relinquished, stretching the lead to 14 early in the 4th quarter. Marietta cut it to 26-25 and 28-27, but that was as close as they would come to getting the lead again. In my mind, the keys to the game were:
1) Ball handling at all 5 positions on the court
2) Post players getting the ball in the basket when presented with opportunities.
3) Free throw shooting
4) Number of players making treys

From the Portsmouth Daily Times:
After starting the season 0-5, the Portsmouth Lady Trojans have won back-to-back games.
"To go 2-0 during break after staring 0-5 is great," Portsmouth coach Tyson Phillips said. "We're starting to come together as a team"
The host Lady Trojans were able to pick up a 59-40 win Monday night against New Boston.
