Waterford Lady Cats are 5-1 with the loss coming from Oak Hill 61-56.

South Gallia has a pretty good team this year.

Beaver Eastern Pike is 2-5 I believe.

The only games I have been able to track for Miller shows they are 0-2?

SG is 7-1 they beat meigs last night.

SG lost to Cross Lanes chistian school an played there worst possible game.

Yes, I agree Brutus Is A Beast, they did play the worst game that they could have played!!! I think that they had a few recovering from previous injuries, though. But Waterford is a very good team! SG needs to beat Coal Grove tonight and keep their winning streak going! Good luck rebels!!!

Waterford is now 6-2 after losing to WV AAA State Champions Parkersburg South, in Parkersburg, by a score of 59-57.

Waterford plays tomorrow in one of the weekend tournaments up north involving top teams from across the state, so they may end up 7-3 at the beginning of the week, but by far, are the team to beat in this sectional.

South Gallia would be throttled by H20Ford, in a head-to-head matchup.

Yes, Steely Dan, the Lady Cats play Bucyrus DII at the Classic in the Country at Berlin Hiland at noon tommorrow.

Are you being serious man? That quote is a complete jk... There is no way that they would walk away with a easy W in that game if it ever happens or would have happened with both of them 2 teams together in a matchup! Whoever won would be the winner with a well deserved 4 quarter hardcore fight! I am sure you are just one of them guys that talks up everyone else and knocks on SG without even seeing them play like it sems that everyone else does that is knocking them all the time!

SG now has 2 losses that shouldnt of happened! I know that stuff happens in basketball but if we played the 2 teams we lost to 5 times we would beat them the other 4 times! Them 2 games was there big screw ups 4 the year and I hope that will be it!

For the last two years, we have heard the calling for SG to be the one seed and Waterford has owned it. Since the consensus of the forum is that Waterford is once again the top dog. I suggest the following:

South Gallia coach pleads, begs, and barters for the 8th or 9th seed. Beats Miller and gets to play Waterford in the Sectional finals.

Better yet, Waterford and South Gallia vie for the 8th and 9th seeds and play in the first round.

Then we would all know just how good both teams are!!!!

Brutus - Please post SG's schedule to date. Let's see who they have played, and then we can talk about a "hard core fight".

Parkersburg South(9-1) (lost by 2 at Parkersburg) South would be DI or DII in Ohio
Beat Division II Bucyrus by 32 points yesterday
Beat Alexander (DIII) by 16 (Alex's record is now 9-3)
Beat Federal Hocking by 14 (FH's record is 10-2)

I'll stick by my prior posts. Waterford vs. SG would not be close.
