Waterford was on the ropes after the NA team actually started playing.

Waterford's big was in foul trouble the first half. Once she played significant minutes Waterford had little trouble. It's also something to be said that Waterford had a ton of turnovers and still came out on top.

This game is going to be a battle. Waterford moves the ball extremely well and the the Jeeps play tenacious defense. My prediction: South Webster 48 Waterford 44.

I just think Waterford is a little better

Waterford should be the favorite. The past few years Eastern Meigs has been the only team in there way. This year its Newark Catholic. I think South Webster will try too hard not to lose instead of playing to win. Waterford by 15.

If South webster is hot , look for an upset. I know its #1 vs #2. But waterford is AP ranked. So they must be better. Right?

If Waterford had trouble with North Adams, then Webster is my pick. The jeeps roll on to the finals. Webster by 11

I know it's early on in the process, but I got the Jeeps winning state.

Their female coach has done an outstanding job and they are led by her two daughters and Kacie Hall offensively.

Having said all that, The Jeeps defensively are just too good. They can show up in their sleep and hold teams to 40.

Coach Johnson works incredibly hard and has put in her time. She is finally receiving some of the recognition she deserves (coaching the North/South game as well as District COY). Hopefully this is the year they finally make a run to State.

However, Waterford and Newark Catholic are both VERY GOOD! It will be a battle for all teams to get out of this Regional.

That would shock me.

Websters "D" will win this game.

I don't know how good South Webster is, but Fort Frye just made the regional finals in D-3 and Waterford beat them twice. Neither game was even close. Take that for whatever it's worth.
