Who is your pick to win the local conferences? Who makes a deep tourney run?

Girls SHL, Eastern, Fayetteville, and lynchburg always have strong teams but if I had to pick one this year it would be Lynchburg. They won their flight in the Mason Pre season tournament by going 4-0-1 and had a record of 3-1 in the Valeri Cute tournament. With the influx of a good freshman class and, a really good sophmore class, to go along with one of the best goalies, if not the best in the leauge. Their defense is strong not to mention midfield play that is physical, with great passing and foot skills. Their center mid looks even stronger than before she will cause alot of teams problems. But time will tell and good luck to everyone have a great season!!!
