Why doesn't Waverly dress the JV team for the varsity? Just a question. It seems like they would have opportunities to let the JV play in varsity games that get way out of hand and have much needed subs should something terrible happen. Any info on this?

Waverly has 34 players this year. Varsity dresses 3 players from JV every game which gives them 18 total, which is plenty for one squad. Another reason is jerseys. They don't have enough varsity jerseys for 34 players!
