I'm still trying to figure out how SOC 2 champ Valley got the 2 seed behind Wheelersburg? Valley swept the Pirates and won the title outright.

because valley is in the west sectional (with four or five team with winning records) with adena #1, northwest, zt, and huntington while wheelersburg is in the south sectional (with basically one team with a winning record) with minford and ironton...it is based on geography...always has been and will always be...
