I'd say Russell or Wamsley from Wheelersburg would be close to that number, if not over.

I would bet there are not many at this number at all. Think about it. 10 starts that average 10 k's a game. Most teams starters will only pitch 9-11 games each year. It is doable but you have to be dominant. I haven't seen too many dominant pitchers this year in SE ohio. When I say dominant, I mean 86-88 mph with some good offspeed! Last pitchers that I think of as dominant was Jake Hale (Alexander), Josh Barrerra (Sheridan), Josh Newman (Wheelersburg),and Nick Kelly (Waverly)

Brandan Russell did it his senior year 112 so in 10 games and his Junior year had 102 so in 9 games from wheelersburg in the regular season.

Micheal Hill from fairland I'm sure did it also IN 04,05.
