Might add Tony Adkins of Valley and Ben Hobbs of Northwest to the list.

1980's Mike Voorheis from Valley was quite an impressive pitcher in the late 80's
Watched him strike out 17 in a 7 inning game during the sectionals in 89.

I played against Tim Tackett and I recall him hitting a ball off the roof of one of the houses beyond the CF fence in Waverly...for a grand slam....but we did beat them!
Word was he could get the ball to 2nd in 1.9 seconds. Did he play beyond HS
Also played in games vs other greats like Chris Ellis and Matt Miller or Burg......Miller hit 2 balls off me off teh fence for doubles.....I was removed for his 3rd AB and he hit it onto the high jump area of Jackson's track (about 430 ft lol)
Those are the top 3 that came to my mind when seeing this thread.
If SW is in this division then obviously Brett Roberts

From way back in the early 1980's, Northwest had two of the best starting combo of pitchers that has been around. They had LH Brad Evans who went to Eastern Kentucky and they also had RH Matt Montavon. Those two players pitched Northwest to two straight state tournaments.
Wheelersburg's Brad Walke was a great SS and pitcher as well from the same time period.

i'm gonna have to add Matt Craft from south webster graduate of 01'
fastball mid 80's, good for high school. pitched numerus complete games in his career. had a couple no hitters, not to mention batted right around .400 and averaged 5 homeruns a year. line drive hitter, doubles out the wazzu. i remember the coach telling him in a tight situation to swing for the fence because we needed a couple runs...probobly not the best advise to give on a regular basis!!! but he pulled through, crushed one on websters field that landed where the pitchers mound is now located on the little league field.
another player i have to add, from years and years ago, way before my time. Harry Shope
i dunno the exact years he played but he was all state for south webster back in like the 50's

Any List without Tim Tackett on it is a complete joke. He trully was the best player in this area in the last 20-25 years. Can remember i believe Carlton Fisk coming to Waverly to watch him go thru drills for scouts and coaches.

I believe he and Brett Roberts were the top 2 by a bit.
I'm surprised Tackett didn't make it to the big show.
