Congratulations Nick. Welcome to the fraternity of head coaches. May you have as much fun as I've had the last 19 years.

Wow B64, you must have started coaching when you were only 14 or 15 years old...

GW, Boy how I wish that was true. The years have been good to me, but they just keep adding up. I can't believe that I've spent 38 years coaching at the high school level. It has gone quickly.

Coach Kelly,

Congratulations and good luck. I hope you, the kids, and the game get the respect and support you all deserve.

The Oaks lost a good senior class and basically their top three pitchers. They lost one player to transfer and both all district players from a season ago and will have to rely on young talent. Ryan Boggs will have to step up and throw a lot of innings for the team this year. Garret Fulk is anotheer young kid who can pitch a little. If the basketball players would come out the team would be pretty solid this year. But with their success you cannot blame them for concentrating on basketball exclusively.
