FH's Lance Sharp throws a 1 hitter and helps his own cause with a 2 run HR. Nice night for the young left-hander... Several Lancers hit the ball well tonight.

South Webster 6
Burg took an early 5-0 lead. Then failed to put the game away. Several base running mistakes and fielding miscues allowed Webster to tie the game at 6. The Pirates would take the lead for good on a 3R HR by White. Pirate bats were solid again tonight, just ran themselves out of a few runs.

Nathan Winston picks up the win, his 4th on the season I believe.
Cavs improve to 17-7 overall and accomplish something that I'm not sure if any other CHS team has ever done by going a perfect 12-0 in the division.

iI believe Jackson went unbeaten in the South Division last year, then beat Zanesville for the 2008 title.

Eastern Brown jumped out to 8-1 lead after two innings, Valley made pitching change and kept Brown's offense on hold. Valley chipped away and one in the bottom of 7th. Dave Schultz came in reliefe and done a great job. Good game for the Indians, needed a quality win against a good team.

I get so tired of when your team wins they were great and they just beat their opponent straight up,but when your team loses it's all about your team made to many errors, left to many runners on,etc. It's never hardly ever that for that evening that team was better. To many excuses and not enough credit.Just wanted to throw my 2 cents in.
