NCAA numbers on % of players that reach college level

Good info and a true reality check for players and parents :

The link shows 371,564 participated in Fastpitch . Of that number 19,047 went on to play D1-D3 Ball. Thats 3.8 % And of that 3.8 % not many get a full ride. Only a few every year make D1 . Takes a ton of time and investment . Good Information from the NCAA .

Not every parent is like that....but most seem to be.
