I believe I described what was seen in my earlier post. It was a very good effort by Northwest and Leslie is a very good player. North Adams still came away with a 10 point win even after Unger left the game.

O.K. Having said that, after watching the two teams play, can you make any assertions about how the two conferences compare? I have not seen any SHL teams compete this year and am just wondering looking ahead to the tourney.

The way Oak Hill is playing right now they would wipe the floor with North Adams and Peebles.

That is one of the most ridiculous statements I have ever heard!! North Adams is an excellent ball club that comes to play night in and night out! I am not sure Oak Hill could beat NA on there worst night and Oak Hill on there best! And to say they would wipe the floor with them is absurd! And Peebles is tough as well! Both teams will make a strong tourney run and I hope to see them go as far as possible! If Oak Hill was D3 they probably wouldn't make it to far! And I am not a North Adams or Peebles fan by no means, but as a basketball fan I am giving credit where credit is due!!

You really need to take your SHL goggles off and look around. If your gonna give credit where credit is due, then you really need to go watch Oak Hill.Peebles and NA are very good teams,2 of the top in the area, but it is very idiotic to say Oak Hill would'nt go far in D3.Oak Hill could play with anyone in the SE District on any night, regardless of division.

Good showing by the Mohawks against a very good North Adams team......Northwest gave my Trojans all they could handle before losing 78-72.

I can't make any assertions on an overall conference based on what I have seen from one team out of that conference. I'm not sure what to expect in the tournament, it's going to depend on how North Adams matches up with the team they play.
